J.P. Morgan Structured Products B.V. has released a supplementary listing document outlining the proposed issuance of five single-stock callable bull and bear certificates, backed by an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee from JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association.
The certificates are scheduled for a launch date of September 14, 2026, with the issue date set for September 16, 2026. The instruments are expected to be admitted for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 17, 2026.
The five certificates, carrying security codes 57001, 57009, 57010, 57014, and 57015, will all be structured as European-style cash-settled R-class products, with settlement currency in Hong Kong dollars. Among them, 57001 is a bull certificate, 57009 is a bear certificate, and the remaining three are bull certificates.
The underlying assets for these products include Hua Hong Semiconductor (688347.SH), Kuaishou Technology, Kingboard Holdings (00148.HK), Beijing Zhipu (02513.HK) Huazhang Technology (01673.HK), and GigaDevice Semiconductor (603986.SH).
The combined issuance amount totals 680 million units, with individual issue prices ranging between HKD 0.038 and HKD 0.075 per unit. Regarding maturity dates, certificate 57009 is set to expire on October 13, 2028, while the other four certificates will mature on March 12, 2027.
Authorisation for the issuance was granted by the issuer's board of directors via a resolution passed on March 2, 2026, with the guarantor's board having provided authorisation for the guarantee through a resolution dated December 8, 2015. These certificates have not been rated by any credit rating agency and will not be offered or traded within the United States.
