便利店巨头Casey's General Stores宣布扩大与人工智能公司SoundHound AI Inc的战略合作，计划在其全美2600余家门店全面部署新一代AI语音助手系统。此次升级将整合SoundHound最新开发的对话式人工智能技术，通过智能语音交互设备优化门店运营效率。

据悉，该AI系统能实现多语种自然对话处理，可同时执行订单管理、库存查询、促销推荐等复杂任务。相较于传统人工服务，AI助手能实现24小时不间断响应，显著提升高峰时段客户服务体验。双方技术团队还将开发定制化语音交互方案，针对便利店场景的鲜食预订、燃油支付等特色需求进行深度适配。

行业观察人士指出，这项合作标志着零售业智能化转型进入新阶段。通过规模化应用AI语音技术，Casey's有望在降低人力成本的同时，构建差异化服务优势。SoundHound的声纹识别和噪声抑制技术，能确保在便利店嘈杂环境中保持高达98%的语音识别准确率。

此次拓展建立在双方2023年试点的成功基础上，当时在500家门店部署的AI系统使客户平均等待时间缩短40%。新协议还包含联合开发模块，未来可扩展至供应链管理、智能采购预测等企业级应用场景。
