LITU HOLDINGS (01008) has released its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The Group reported revenue from continuing operations of HK$557 million, representing a decrease of 23.29% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to company owners for the year was HK$1.48 million, a significant decline of 98.17% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were HK$0.001. The board has proposed a final dividend of HK 2.6 cents per share.

According to the announcement, the decrease in total revenue from continuing operations was primarily due to a decline in business volume for printing and manufacturing paper packaging and related materials. This decline was partially offset by an increase in rental income from investment properties, following an expansion in leasable area. The reduction in business volume was attributed to a lower order win rate from some of its major customers. Furthermore, the appreciation of the average exchange rate of the Renminbi against the Hong Kong Dollar by approximately 0.42%, compared to the same period in 2024, provided a slight mitigating effect on the overall revenue decrease.
