2026年7月15日，乐普生物科技股份有限公司（02157.HK，以下简称“乐普生物”）发布公告称，监事会于同日收到职工代表监事赵力萱女士的书面辞任函。赵女士因寻求其他事业发展，辞去职工代表监事职务，自2026年7月15日起生效。赵女士确认其在任期内与董事会及监事会并无意见分歧，亦无其他需提呈股东注意的事项。
同日，乐普生物职工代表大会选举任方源女士为新任职工代表监事，任期自2026年7月15日起至本届监事会任期届满之日止。公告显示，25岁的任方源女士于2025年8月加入乐普生物，目前担任证券业务部专员。其于2023年5月获得康考迪亚大学金融学学士学位，2024年12月获得罗彻斯特大学金融学硕士学位。
公司已与任女士签订服务合约。公告同时披露，任方源女士在过去三年未于本集团担任其他重要职务，亦未在香港或海外任何上市公司担任董事；截至公告日，其并未持有公司或任何相联法团的股份、相关股份或债权证，也与公司其他董事、监事、高级管理人员或主要股东不存在关联关系。
乐普生物在公告中对赵力萱女士任职期间的贡献表示感谢。
