HSBC Holdings plc (00005) submitted a Next Day Disclosure Return covering changes to its share capital. The opening balance on 31 October 2025 showed 17,201,971,220 ordinary shares in issue.

On 4 November 2025, 51,442 new shares were issued under share awards at a price of GBP 10.69 per share. In addition, multiple share repurchases concluded between 2 October and 24 October 2025 in Hong Kong were cancelled on 6 November 2025, resulting in a total of 26,782,800 shares being removed from issuance. Repurchase prices ranged up to HKD 111.3379 per share.
