On 26 February 2026, WH Group Limited (stock code: 288) issued a reminder letter outlining updated arrangements for the electronic dissemination of corporate communications according to Rule 2.07 of the Listing Rules. The shift to a paperless listing regime means that all future corporate communications, including notices of meetings, financial reports, interim reports, circulars, and proxy forms, will be provided solely in electronic form on the company website (www.wh-group.com) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.
Under the new arrangements, WH Group Limited will send email notifications regarding corporate communications only to shareholders who have provided valid email addresses through their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited). If a shareholder’s email address is not on record, the shareholder would need to proactively check the company’s website and HKEXnews for updates. Non-registered shareholders are advised to contact their intermediaries to submit a functional email address.
Shareholders who prefer to continue receiving corporate communications in print are asked to complete the reply form enclosed with the reminder letter and return it to WH Group Limited’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or send an email request to whgroup.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The reminder letter also provides a dedicated helpline at (852) 2862 8688 for further inquiries, available Mondays to Fridays (excluding Hong Kong public holidays). These arrangements are intended to streamline communication, reduce paper usage, and enhance timely access to corporate information.
