2026年7月22日，茂盛控股(新)(00022)公告称，伦耀基因专注其他业务安排，自2026年7月22日起辞任公司主席、执行董事、上市规则第3.05条下的授权代表，以及执行委员会主席、提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。伦耀基确认其与董事会无意见分歧，亦无其他事项需提请股东或香港联交所关注。
在伦耀基辞任后，公司董事会作出以下安排：独立非执行董事陈慧恩获委任为公司授权代表；执行董事罗学儒调任执行委员会主席；独立非执行董事李靖怡调任提名委员会主席，上述任命均自2026年7月22日起生效。
公告最后，董事会对伦耀基在任期间为公司作出的贡献和服务表示衷心感谢。截至公告日，茂盛控股(新)董事会组成包括：执行董事罗学儒、繆仙柳，独立非执行董事李靖怡、赵爱寅及陈慧恩。
