2026年8月14日，宝业集团股份有限公司(02355)公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月的最新未经审计综合管理账目进行初步审阅，预计期内归属于公司所有者的亏损约为6,500万元至7,500万元，而2025年同期录得盈利约1.41亿元，同比下降约146%至153%。
公告显示，期内集团实现营业额约70亿元至80亿元，较2025年同期的约85.03亿元下降约5%至17%。
公司将业绩下滑归因于行业下行导致建筑施工业务减少；房产开发项目交付确认毛利率较去年同期大幅降低；以及计提了一定金额的资产减值损失。
