复兴亚洲丝路集团有限公司（股票代码：00274，以下简称“复兴亚洲”）7月20日公告称，公司已委任程龙为执行董事，自2026年7月20日起生效。
程龙现年45岁，2004年毕业于上海体育大学，获体育教育学士学位。在此之前，程龙于2004年至2005年担任上海致立投资管理有限公司投资总监；2015年至2023年担任上海云草投资有限公司总经理；2023年至加入复兴亚洲前，出任上海惜乐生物科技有限公司总经理。
根据委任函，程龙的任期自2026年7月7日起，为期一年；其后将按照公司章程在股东周年大会上退任并可重选，并依规轮值告退。董事会批准的董事袍金为每月35,000港元。
公告显示，程龙在过去三年内未曾在香港或其他海外证券市场的任何上市公众公司担任董事，亦未在复兴亚洲及其附属公司担任其他职务；同时，与公司其他董事、高级管理人员或主要、控股股东之间不存在任何关系，也未持有复兴亚洲股份。
董事会同时欢迎程龙的加入，并确认除公告所披露内容外，关于其获委任事宜并无其他需提请股东注意的事项。
