Lai Group Holding Company Limited (stock code: 08455) announced that its authorized share capital increased from HKD 10.00 million to HKD 20.00 million. The total number of authorized shares rose from 1.00 billion to 2.00 billion, effective February 6, 2026, following an ordinary resolution passed at an extraordinary general meeting.
The company’s issued share capital remained at 960.00 million shares. No changes occurred in treasury shares, and the public float continues to meet the 25% minimum threshold requirement. No share options or other securities were exercised or issued during the reporting month.
