Nanhua Futures Repurchases 60,000 H Shares; Treasury Stock Rises to 1.56 Million Shares

Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 60,000 H shares on 27 August 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 6.605 to HKD 6.765, for a total consideration of HKD 0.40 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares.

Prior to the transaction, Nanhua Futures had 154.61 million issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) and 1.50 million treasury shares, giving a total issued share count of 156.11 million. Following the buy-back, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.04 % to 154.55 million, while treasury shares increased to 1.56 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 156.11 million shares, as the repurchased stock has not been cancelled.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 16 July 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 10.77 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Nanhua Futures has repurchased 1.56 million shares under this mandate, representing 1.44 % of the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) at the time the mandate was granted.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Nanhua Futures is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 26 September 2026.
