Vanov Holdings Posts Stable Share Capital in May 2026; Public Float Meets HKEX Requirements

Vanov Holdings Company Limited reported no movements in authorised, issued or treasury shares for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to its latest monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

The authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, translating to HKD 20.00 million. Issued shares held steady at 483.44 million, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Vanov Holdings confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25% as of 31 May 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were exercised, issued or cancelled during the period. The existing share option scheme still allows up to 48.00 million new shares to be issued if options are granted and exercised in the future.

Overall, Vanov Holdings maintained a stable capital structure throughout May 2026, with no equity dilution or share buy-backs recorded.
