ATV Holdings Appoints Ling Yongshan as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

ATV HOLDINGS (00707) announced that Mr. He Yuming has ceased to serve as the company's Company Secretary and one of its Authorized Representatives, effective August 12, 2025. Mr. Yu Decheng has ceased to serve as Company Secretary and one of its Authorized Representatives, effective March 8, 2026. Ms. Deng Baoyi has ceased to serve as one of the Authorized Representatives as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective August 12, 2025. Ms. Zha Mengling, an Executive Director of the company, has been appointed as one of the Authorized Representatives, effective April 13, 2026. Mr. Ling Yongshan has been appointed as Company Secretary and one of the Authorized Representatives, effective April 17, 2026.
