The contract has been formally signed with Neijiang High-Tech Science and Technology Investment Service Co., Ltd. The total value of the project is close to RMB 300 million. Public data shows that VOICECOMM is a Chinese information technology solutions provider. It offers comprehensive enterprise-level intelligent interaction experiences by leveraging integrated communication technology, core interactive AI technology, and self-developed product engines. Last month, the company announced plans to raise approximately HK$310 million through a discounted share placement. Roughly half of the proceeds are intended for research and development to strengthen the company's technological capabilities and enhance product innovation.
