Trip.com Group Limited released its "2025 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival Travel Report" on October 8, showing that long-distance travel and immersive experiences became the main trends for this year's National Day tourism. The proportion of domestic long-distance travel orders increased by 3 percentage points compared to last year, while outbound long-haul travel also gained popularity among tourists, with orders for multiple European destinations doubling. Outbound chartered car tours particularly demonstrated a trend toward deeper experiences, with overall order volume growing over 120% year-on-year. Additionally, during the holiday period, searches for "night tours" on Trip.com surged over 200% month-on-month.
