晋景新能控股有限公司（01783）8月28日公告称，董事会已决议成立公司战略委员会，生效日期为2026年8月28日。该委员会负责监督及监察集团整体发展策略的实施，并就集团中长期发展策略提出建议。
独立非执行董事薛永恒教授被委任为战略委员会主席兼成员，其余成员包括郭晋昇先生、詹志豪先生、郭可儿女士及蓝章华先生。委员会职权范围将于公司及香港联合交易所有限公司网站刊载。
公告同时披露，截至公告日期，公司董事会由四名执行董事郭晋昇先生、邓志坚先生、詹志豪先生及郭可儿女士，一名非执行董事费怡平先生，以及四名独立非执行董事侯颖承先生、余仲良先生、蓝章华先生及薛永恒教授组成。
