Wah Wo Holdings Group Limited has scheduled a board meeting for Monday, 29 June 2026. The agenda includes:
• Reviewing and approving the consolidated annual results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 and arranging their publication.
• Considering the declaration of a final dividend, if any, for the same fiscal year.
The announcement was authorised by Chairman and Executive Director Chen Yuet Wa and released in Hong Kong on 15 June 2026. The board currently comprises five directors: Executive Directors Chen Yuet Wa and Chan Fai, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Yu Chi Wing, Ding Xin and Yeung Yiu Man.
