ARTA TECH-NEW (00279) announced that on August 29, 2025 (after trading hours), the company entered into a placement agreement with a placing agent. Under the agreement, the company agreed to place up to 191 million placement shares through the placing agent on a best efforts basis at a placement price of HK$0.690 per share to no fewer than six placees. The placement price represents a discount of approximately 18.8% to the closing price of HK$0.850 per share quoted on the Stock Exchange on August 29, 2025 (being the date of the placement agreement). The net proceeds from the placement are estimated to be approximately HK$130.7 million.
