Vico International Releases Updated Board Composition and Committee Assignments

Vico International Holdings Limited announced an updated list of directors and their respective roles, effective 5 August 2026.

The Board now comprises four executive directors and two independent non-executive directors. Executive director Mr. Hui Pui Sing serves as Chairman, while Mr. Hui Yip Ho Eric holds the position of Chief Executive Officer. Additional executive directors include Ms. Tong Man Wah and Mr. Kong Man Ho. Independent non-executive directors are Mr. Chan Ching Sum and Mr. Leung Ho Chi.
