中国东方航空股份于2026年5月6日披露截至2026年4月30日的证券变动月报表。报告显示，公司本月未有新增发行、购回、注销或库藏股活动，股本结构维持稳定。
根据公告，H股（股票代码：00670）上月底与本月底的已发行股份均为5,062,771,777股，未见增减变动；A股（股票代码：600115）则维持17,024,964,893股。法定/注册股本总额仍为人民币22,087,736,670元。公司同时确认其符合公募持股量要求。
本期内，公司未发生股份期权、股权激励、可换股票据或任何其他有待发行股份协议的新增及变动，也无新增购回或注销事项。月报显示，截至报告期末，公司总股本与上月相比保持不变。
月报由联席公司秘书李干斌签署，公司表示将继续遵守香港联交所《上市规则》和相关规定。公司下一期股份变动月报将继续披露股本及股份情况。
