廣駿集團控股有限公司（8516）宣佈截至2025年9月30日止六個月的財務數據，收益由上年同期的約19,100,000港元減至約8,800,000港元，降幅約53.9%。該減少主要由於若干維修工程項目於期內陸續完工。
毛利期內約2,300,000港元，對比上年同期約7,200,000港元。同期轉虧約1,900,000港元，而上年同期則錄得溢利約3,600,000港元。管理層解釋，有關變動與收益下降以及新附屬公司所增加的行政開支有關。截至2025年9月30日止六個月並無派發中期股息。
公司於期後在2025年7月25日完成股份合併，新法定股本繼續為20,000,000港元但股份面值調整為每股1.00港元，已發行股份數量相應由164,424,000股變更為16,442,400股。其後公司進行股本削減及拆細等重組事宜，以期抵銷部分累計虧損，並為未來營運做好資本結構上的調整。
