周一消息，特朗普盟友旗下的 Strive 同意收购 Semler Scientific, Inc. 。此次全股票交易中，Strive将以每股约90.52美元的价格收购Semler的股票，较其上周五29.18美元的收盘价溢价逾200%。Strive Inc宣布，Semler Scientific, Inc.的每股普通股将按照1:21.05的比例换取Strive的A类普通股。
新闻稿称，合并后，两家公司将共持有近11,000个比特币。
Strive由印度裔美国企业家拉马斯瓦米创立，拉马斯瓦米在2023年以共和党人身份宣布参加2024年美国总统选举，2024年1月退选并支持特朗普。
