EBW Analytics分析师伊莱·鲁宾在研报中指出：“除非出现重大意外，市场或将忽略假日期间可能失真的EIA数据，转而聚焦于一月下旬不断调整的天气预测。”昨日因寒冷天气预期提振价格走高，但鲁宾补充道：“过去一个月寒潮预测屡屡失准，预期中的低温未能如期而至，市场在完全定价一月末寒流影响前，可能需要更高确定性的信号。”
纽约商业交易所（Nymex）天然气期货当前下跌1.8%，报每百万英热单位3.461美元。
