2026年3月3日，招商银行股份有限公司发布2026年2月股份变动月报，报告期截至2026年2月28日。公告显示，公司注册股本为人民币52,719,845,601元，H股（证券代号：03968）、A股（证券代号：600036）及境内优先股（证券代号：360028）在报告期内均无新增发行、回购或注销。
根据公告，截至2月末，H股发行股数为4,590,901,172股，A股发行股数为20,628,944,429股，境内优先股发行股数为275,000,000股，上述数量均与上月末保持一致。公司同时确认，其H股公众持股量符合法定的最低公众持股量要求。
公告中提到，若触发相关条件，境内优先股将按照每股人民币19.02元的初始转股价转换为公司A股，本期该转股价及可转换股数无变化。
整体看来，公司2月内未有新增发行及购回活动，股本总额继续保持稳定。公司表示将严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及其他相关法律法规开展信息披露工作。
