网易云音乐股份有限公司（09899）于2026年5月13日发布公告，披露公司当日于香港联交所回购普通股股份122,000股，占回购前已发行股份（不包括库藏股）约0.05775%。本次回购价格区间为每股港币119.70元至125.30元，累计支付总金额约1,499.42万港元。
公告显示，本次回购完成后，截至2026年5月13日，网易云音乐已发行股份总数保持217,916,116股不变，其中已发行股份（不包括库藏股）为211,142,616股，库藏股增至6,773,500股。此前，于2025年6月25日通过的股份购回授权规模为21,739,953股，公司已累计回购6,441,950股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的2.9632%。
公司确认，本次股份回购已获得董事会正式授权，并已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
