SC Holdings posts 2025 Annual Report and AGM circular online; shareholders encouraged to switch to e-communication

South China Holdings Company Limited (SC Holdings) has uploaded three key documents to both its corporate website (www.scholding.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk):

• 2025 Annual Report • Circular dated 23 April 2026 covering (1) general mandates to issue new and repurchase existing shares, (2) re-election of retiring directors, and (3) notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) • Proxy form for the AGM scheduled on 16 June 2026

Registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address—or whose email details are outdated—can opt to receive future corporate-communication notifications electronically. To do so, they must complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to Union Registrars Limited via email (413-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk), post, or by hand.

Printed copies of any corporate communication remain available free of charge on request. Enquiries can be directed to the Hong Kong share registrar on (852) 2849 3399 during business hours.
