On 21 April 2026, Data Union Capital International Holdings Group Limited notified non-registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the circular dated the same day, and the accompanying Notice of Annual General Meeting have been published online. The documents can be accessed via the company’s website (www.dataunioncapital.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders whose shares are held through CCASS intermediaries and who experience difficulties accessing the electronic documents may request printed copies at no cost. To do so, they must complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the provided prepaid mailing label or by emailing 8375-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders preferring to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide their email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until a valid email address is supplied through these channels, notices of publication will continue to be sent in printed form.
