ServiceTitan's stock surged 14.42% in after-hours trading on Thursday, following the release of its fiscal first-quarter financial results that exceeded analyst expectations and an upward revision to its full-year revenue outlook.
The company reported non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.37, surpassing the consensus estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter reached $268.8 million, a 25% year-over-year increase and above the estimated $256.7 million. The strong performance was attributed to significant expansion of its Max product, with the number of locations on the platform more than doubling during the quarter.
Furthermore, ServiceTitan raised its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to a range of $1.13 billion to $1.14 billion, up from its previous forecast of $1.11 billion to $1.12 billion. The improved financial metrics, including a narrowed operating loss and more than doubled non-GAAP income from operations, fueled investor optimism and drove the significant after-hours price appreciation.
