康臣药业集团有限公司（股票代码：01681）于2026年6月17日发布公告称，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购股份16.80万股，约占本次回购前已发行股本的0.02%。每股回购价格介乎13.20港元至13.24港元，总计涉资约222.07万港元。此次回购完成后，公司已发行股本变动为839,844,111股，库存股份增至1,703,000股，公司总已发行股本保持在841,547,111股。
本次回购依据2026年5月26日通过的购回授权进行，授权可回购股份总数为84,120,311股。截至本次回购前，公司自获得授权起已于包括香港联交所在内的证券交易所累计回购1,359,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份总数的1.6155%。
公告同时指出，公司已严格遵守上市规则及相关法律法规，并已获得董事会正式批准。公告由公司秘书高海恩签署。
