捷利交易宝金融科技有限公司（08017）于2026年2月2日发布的2026年1月股份变动月报表显示，公司于报告期内完成数次股份回购，累计回购3100万股。截至2026年1月31日，已发行股份数量为7.13亿股，库存股份数量则增至3700万股，合计股本总数保持在7.5亿股。
公司注册股本维持在20,000,000港元，对应的法定发行股份数为20亿股，每股面值0.01港元。月报指出，相关回购股份暂以库存方式持有；期内无新增发行或注销动作。
同时，公司于股份期权计划下尚有1,000万份期权未行使，若全部行使，可最多发行或从库存转让4,000万股。公司于本月确认其公众持股量持续符合香港联交所的最低要求，并表示各类股份变动活动均已获得董事会授权及遵守适用法规。
上述月报由执行董事刘勇签署。公司强调将持续严格遵守香港联合交易所《上市规则》和其他相关法律规定。
