The final offer price for the company's H shares has been determined at HK$15.60 per share.
Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional by 8:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on Monday, June 29, 2026, the H shares are expected to commence trading on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on the same day.
The H shares will be traded in board lots of 200 shares each.
