北京能源国际控股有限公司（00686）8月7日公告，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月（“报告期”）未经审核的综合管理账目及现有资料初步评估，公司预计录得综合亏损净额约人民币0.7亿元，归属于公司权益持有人的综合亏损净额约人民币1.2亿元。上年同期，公司分别取得综合溢利净额人民币2.93亿元及归属于公司权益持有人的综合溢利净额人民币1.73亿元。
公告称，亏损的主要原因包括： 1. 报告期内，中国出现降水时空分布不均及极端天气频发，导致公司所在区域的风光资源同比下降，影响发电量； 2. 随着中国新电价政策实施，上网电量市场化交易比例提高且交易价格波动加大，综合导致限电损失电量增加，平均每千瓦时上网电量盈利空间下降； 3. 随着投产项目规模扩大，项目运维成本及折旧摊销同比增加，进一步压缩利润空间。
截至2026年6月30日，公司实益拥有的发电站总并网装机容量约为15吉瓦，较2025年6月30日的水平增加约9.5%；报告期内发电量同比增长约1%。
公司表示，实际业绩尚待董事会批准后刊发的中期业绩公告确认，预计将于2026年8月底公布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
