SOHO China Reports No Change in Share Capital, Confirms Adequate Public Float for August 2026

SOHO China Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period ended 31 August 2026. Key disclosures point to a stable capital structure and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) listing requirements.

The property developer’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 7.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.02 each, equivalent to HKD 150.00 million. Issued share capital also held steady: 5.20 billion ordinary shares were in issue, with no treasury shares reported and no movements—issuances, cancellations, or buy-backs—during the month.

SOHO China confirmed that it continues to meet the HKEX’s minimum 25% public float requirement, ensuring adequate market liquidity for its shares.

Furthermore, the filing shows no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other equity-linked instruments. All corporate actions undertaken during the period complied with relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations, as affirmed by Director Pan Shiyi in the regulatory filing.
