Geotech Holdings updates investors on subsidiary’s liquidation hearing; judgment pending

Bulletin Express
Apr 22

Geotech Holdings Ltd. announced that the British Virgin Islands (BVI) Court heard the liquidation application against its wholly-owned subsidiary, Praise Marble Limited, on 16–17 April 2026. The presiding judge has reserved judgment and instructed all parties, including the applicant and Praise Marble Limited, to file summary position papers by 15 May 2026.

As of the 22 April 2026 announcement date, the court has not issued a winding-up order, and the timetable for a final ruling remains unconfirmed. The filing of the liquidation application therefore does not constitute a successful winding-up of Praise Marble Limited.

Geotech Holdings stated it will release further updates should material developments arise. Shareholders and potential investors have been advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.

The board currently comprises one executive director, Hui Sai Kwong, Garrison, and three independent non-executive directors—Chan Tsang Mo, Shen Zejing and Lawrence James Edwards. The announcement was issued in Hong Kong on 22 April 2026.
