本报告期信息
中华国际发布的2026年上半年财报显示，报告期内实现营收约16,516千港元（折合约1,652万港元），相比上一期同期的15,502千港元，同比增长约6.55%。经调整净利润方面（以经调整EBITDA为参照），本期达到约5,946千港元（折合约595万港元），相较上期2,906千港元增长约104.71%。经营活动所得现金净额为8,061千港元（折合约806万港元），去年同期为6,026千港元，增幅约33.76%。
报告期内，集团行政开支有所收缩，从上期12,792千港元减少至本期10,753千港元，降幅约16%。公司方面表示，集团主要业务仍来自物业投资及开发，核心收入贡献保持稳定。
业务分项
集团在中国内地从事物业发展、投资及管理业务。报告期内的营收主要来自于商业楼宇租赁与运营收入。位于重庆市渝中区的港渝广场在核心商圈拥有较佳地理位置，店铺租赁情况保持稳定，支持了本期业务收入。集团亦关注“新质生产力”项目，正积极拓展包括大湾区的一站式充电解决方案在内的新业务，希望在中长期带来更多收益。
