物业管理服务收入为1.57亿元，同比略降0.3%。物业开发商相关服务约为0.02亿元，同比上升31.3%。增值服务收益为0.10亿元，同比降低25.7%，主要原因是市场环境变化导致住户对该类别需求收缩。
