科濟藥業控股有限公司（股份代号：02171）于2026年1月23日发布翌日披露报表，就2025年11月11日的股份回购事宜进行更新。根据公告，公司当日按每股平均价格约港币16.5193元回购普通股24.5万股，涉资约港币404.724万。该回购股份占当时已发行股本约0.043%。
此次回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量为575,086,905股，库藏股数量增至2,855,500股，总股本达577,942,405股。公告显示，科濟藥業此前于2025年5月22日通过了股份回购授权，授权总数为57,543,590股，截至目前公司合计回购3,310,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.5753%。
科濟藥業同时声明，本次股份回购符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。公告由执行董事李宗海签署。
