SHANGHAI GROWTH Proposes Adopting "Eminence Capital Group Limited" as New English Name

SHANGHAI GROWTH (00770) has announced that its board of directors has proposed changing the company's English name from "Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited" to "Eminence Capital Group Limited." Additionally, the company intends to adopt "楠爵资本集团有限公司" as its Chinese dual foreign name. The board also recommended increasing the authorized share capital by an additional 72 million shares, raising the total from $1.8 million (divided into 18 million shares with a par value of $0.10 each) to $9 million (divided into 90 million shares with a par value of $0.10 each). The newly issued shares will carry rights identical in all respects to the existing shares.
