根据公告，此次回购股份约占公司截至2026年3月31日已发行股份总数（含A类及B类普通股）约0.0381%。每股回购价格介乎6.96港元至7.10港元，合计支付约3904.07万港元。回购完成后，公司B类普通股的已发行股份数降至12,521,918,715股，同时将上述回购股份（557.70万股）持作库藏股。公司购回授权于2025年6月10日获股东大会通过，本次回购数量占该授权所对应已发行股份数目的约0.0422%。
公司确认上述回购过程已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定，公告由联席公司秘书赵奇签署。
