大唐新能源(01798)发布公告，更新截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息的派发安排。董事会建议宣派末期普通股息每股0.03元人民币，须待2026年6月25日召开的股东大会批准后方可生效。
根据更新后的时间表，除净日定为2026年7月2日，递交股份过户文件的截止时间为2026年7月3日16:30，暂停办理股份过户登记手续的日期为2026年7月4日至7月9日，权益登记日为2026年7月9日。股息预计将于2026年8月24日派发，公司预设派发货币为港元，具体金额有待公布。
在代扣所得税方面，对于境外H股非居民企业股东（包括以香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司名义登记的股份，但不含港股通投资者），适用10%的税率代扣企业所得税。对于H股个人股东，若为香港、澳门居民或与我国签有10%税率税收协定的国家（地区）居民，按10%税率代扣个人所得税；与我国签有20%税率税收协定、无税收协定国家（地区）的居民或其他情况，按20%税率代扣个人所得税。通过港股通投资的内地个人投资者及内地证券投资基金，取得的股息红利按20%税率代扣个人所得税。
