CGS Completes RMB 6 Billion Corporate Bond Issuance

CGS (06881) has announced the successful completion of its public issuance of 2026 corporate bonds (Series Two) to professional investors on February 6, 2026. The total issuance size reached RMB 6 billion, with both the par value and issue price set at RMB 100 per unit. The bond series comprises two tranches: one with a 25-month term and another with a 37-month term. The final issuance size for the 25-month tranche was RMB 4.3 billion, carrying a final coupon rate of 1.80%. The 37-month tranche achieved a final issuance size of RMB 1.7 billion, with a final coupon rate of 1.85%. Proceeds from the bond issuance will be allocated to supplement the company's working capital. Underwriters and their affiliates participated in the subscription of the bonds. An affiliate of lead underwriter CITIC Securities Company Limited, China Asset Management Co., Ltd., subscribed for and was allocated RMB 0.2 billion of the 25-month tranche. Another affiliate of lead underwriters CITIC Securities Company Limited and China Securities Co., Ltd., China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited, participated in the subscription and received an allocation of RMB 1 billion for the 25-month tranche. An affiliate of lead underwriter Guosen Securities Co., Ltd., Southern Asset Management Co., Ltd., subscribed for and was allocated RMB 0.2 billion of the 25-month tranche and RMB 2.2 billion of the 37-month tranche.
