China Ting: April Filing Confirms Stable Share Base and Sufficient Public Float

China Ting Group Holdings Limited submitted its monthly return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 30 April 2026, reporting no changes in either authorised or issued share capital.

Authorised capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 2.10 billion ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares as of month-end.

Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement.

The filing also indicated no activity in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance arrangements during the month.

The return was signed by Company Secretary Raymond Cheng on 4 May 2026.
