基石药业-B（02616）于2026年6月26日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司于2026年6月15日至6月26日期间多次在香港联交所回购股票，合计回购4,597,000股，占相关事件前已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）数目的约0.29%。本次回购价格区间介乎每股港币4.40元至4.80元，总耗资约2135.69万港元。
公告称，截至2026年6月26日，公司已发行股本维持在1,600,749,183股，库存股数量为0。另据披露，公司股东大会已于2026年6月23日通过购回授权，最高可回购159,741,318股，当前公司已在香港联交所或其他交易所合计回购1,261,000股，约占授权通过日已发行股份总数的0.0788%。
公司同时确认，上述回购事宜严格遵守了香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由董事李伟签署。
