蓝港互动(08267.HK)发布公告，拟于即将召开的股东周年大会上寻求授权，以在香港联合交易所有限公司GEM或其他核准证券交易所回购不超过公司已发行股本总数10%的股份。按最后实际可行日期2026年4月22日公司已发行的369,492,964股股份计算，上限约为36,949,296股。
根据公告，预计所需资金将来自公司盈余资金、股份溢价账或依据开曼群岛法律及相关上市规则允许动用的资本。公司董事会认为，回购计划有助于稳定公司股价、提升股东回报，并符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。
公告同时显示，过去十二个月内，蓝港互动在GEM的最高及最低交易价格分别出现在2025年7月的每股0.90港元以及2026年3月的每股0.24港元。董事会表示，将依据相关法规、资金安排和市场情况决定具体回购时机。
公司将于2026年6月12日(星期五)上午10时30分在北京市朝阳区望京街9号万科时代中心A3座四层召开股东周年大会，会上将对本次回购授权方案及其他议案进行表决。公司同时提醒，股份过户登记将于6月9日至6月12日期间暂时关闭，股东可在6月8日16时30分前办理过户登记手续。
