摩根大通发表研究报告指，近期内房股跑赢同期恒指，其中以融创中国领涨，相信是受到政策炒作的推动。该行指，近期市场出现兴奋情绪，相信是憧憬当局或于国庆前公布全国性按揭补贴新政，指出2025年11月及12月也曾出现类似揣测，带动板块短期反弹，惟最终并无公布补贴政策。
