On 31 March 2026, Mindtell Technology Limited confirmed that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.mindtelltech.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board urges shareholders—particularly non-registered holders whose shares are kept through CCASS—to access the online version. Stakeholders who cannot receive email notifications or access the web version may request printed copies free of charge by completing the enclosed form and sending it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be emailed to 8611-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically must provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email is on record, Mindtell Technology will continue to dispatch only hard-copy publication notices.
