本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股）由762,543,730股降至762,393,730股，库存股份增至8,583,000股，总已发行股份则维持在770,976,730股。购回授权于2025年5月23日获批，公司可据此回购的股份总数为71,018,373股，迄今已累计回购8,583,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数约1.2086%。
公司确认，本次回购遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例。公告由博雅互动董事会主席兼执行董事戴志康签署。
