Bojun Education warns of deeper interim loss; revenue falls on weaker vocational segment

Bulletin Express
Apr 21

Bojun Education Company Limited expects to report a net loss of approximately RMB51.30 million–RMB62.70 million for the six months ended 28 February 2026, versus a RMB9.90 million loss in the prior-year period.

The anticipated deterioration is mainly linked to a softening in vocational education demand. Group revenue is projected at about RMB180.80 million, down RMB26.70 million year on year. Within this, the vocational education segment accounts for RMB24.50 million of the contraction.

• Secondary vocational education revenue is forecast to decline by roughly RMB11.20 million, reflecting a smaller pool of junior-high graduates and intensifying high-school enrolment nationwide. • Higher vocational education revenue is set to fall by around RMB13.30 million, primarily due to reduced government subsidies.

The figures are drawn from unaudited management accounts and may change upon finalisation. Bojun Education plans to release its full interim results on or about 23 April 2026. Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
