JAPAN KYOSEI (00627) announced that the board of Japan Kyosei Group Company Limited has proposed to change the company's existing English name from "Japan Kyosei Group Company Limited" to "Vision Synergy Holdings Limited", and to adopt the Chinese name "共生智筑控股有限公司" as the company's new secondary name, replacing the existing secondary name "日本共生集团有限公司".
