中国旭阳集团有限公司（01907）10月23日晚间发布公告称，原定于2026年10月23日或之前向股东寄发的通函将延迟，最新预计寄发日期为2026年11月6日或之前。
公告回顾显示，公司此前于2026年9月23日发布有关增资公告，并于2026年9月28日发布关于根据项目服务补充协议及综合采购补充协议修订年度上限的公告。按照原计划，通函应载有以下内容： 1. 增资的具体详情； 2. 项目服务补充协议及综合采购补充协议及其经修订的年度上限详情； 3. 独立董事委员会函件； 4. 独立财务顾问函件； 5. 临时股东大会通告。
公司表示，由于仍需额外时间编制和核实通函中的若干资料，故将寄发时间延后。
截至公告日期，公司执行董事为杨雪岗、路小梅、李庆华、韩勤亮、王年平及杨路；独立非执行董事为余国权、王引平及刘晓峰。
